One mile, 3,000m and 10,000 events available

Age groups for track events are seniors and masters only.
£7.50 per event for track events and £10 for the 10,000m

Throws Pentathlon Information
We are very pleased to announce that we are holding our first Throws Pentathlon.
Numbers will be strictly limited to 20 competitors, to allow a quality competition for all athletes. You do not have to participate in every individual event, though this will obviously affect your points total in the pentathlon.
Age groups
This event is open to u16, u18, u20, u23 through to Masters.
The five events in the throws pentathlon are hammer, shot put, discus, javelin, and weight throw.
Competition information
Approx times 10am start, expected finish by 3.30pm
Registration and weigh in from 9am prompt
2 warm up throws and 3 competition throws per event.
EDM measurement is planned for the long throws.
Important information
For safety purposes athletes will only be allowed to throw the weight throw if they can confirm they have practised the event, and demonstrate safe throwing during warm ups.
This is a pilot event and timetable, running order, and the number of measured throws may be subject to change as the day progresses.
Cost per person for pentathlon £20
Final timetable to be confirmed once entries close. Early entry encouraged as we expect to sell out places quickly. Strictly no late entries.
