Welcome to the Nordic Masters Championships 2026  at the venerable Bislett Stadion 3-5 July.
Due to capacity constraints in the stadium, Hammer Throw and Weight Throw will be conducted at Stovnerbanen. Some of the other long throws may also, in part, be moved to other venues, subject to large participation.

The competition is also open to guest participants from non-Nordic countries. Non-nordics can however not win medals or advance to finals  in multi-round events.

The competition will be conducted according to WMA rules, with the exception of age groups which will be calculated by 31 December in line with established custom in the Nordic countries.

Please note that all Nordic entries are subject to federation approval. Furthermore, all Nordic participants must pay an adminstration fee to their national federation/Masters committe. For NOR and FIN athletes this fee is paid in the registration process
