  • ENTRIES CLOSE: Sunday 19th April @ 23:59 or when event limits are reached
  • ENTRY FEE: x1 =£10, x2=£18, x3 = £26, x4 = £34, x5 = £42
  • ALL EVENTS CLOSE 60 MINUTES BEFORE EACH EVENT START NO EXCEPTIONS
  • ALL TRACK RACES WILL BE SEEDED ON THE NIGHT, 60 MINUTES BEFORE EACH RACE START TIME
  • IF ENTERING TWO 100m RACES BOTH RACES MUST BE ENTERED NOT JUST FIRST RACE.
  • ALL ATHLETES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEY HAVE SUBMITTED A TIME FOR SEEDING. The organiser is not responsible if no times have been submitted, subsequently athletes will be seeded in slower races.
  • Best times will be taken from events run in the last 18 months only
