The latest edition of SUPERteams takes place as regional heats throughout Scotland in April and May, with winning teams qualifying to the National Final on 27th June. 

This regional heat is hosted by Cumbernauld AAC.

At all heats, athletes will compete indivudally in pools. The top 3 male and top 3 female athletes will be recognised as well as the top 3 teams. Teams will be composed of the 4 top-scoring athletes from each club (minimum of 2 girls per team), then the next four athletes as the club's B team and so on. The top 10 teams from each heat will qualify for the final. A club cannot have more than 3 teams qualify.
