National Outdoor Season Opener and National Mixed 4x400m Relay Championships

Open to SENIOR, UNDER 20 and UNDER 18 ATHLETES only who have achieved the below entry standards.

This fixture will also host the 4J scottishathletics National Mixed 4x400m Relay Championships.

Entries Open: 1000hrs Thursday 26^th March 2026

All Entries Close: 1700hrs Thursday 23^rd April 2026 or as events sell out

All entries must be submitted online through JustGo. No late entries will be accepted. If you experience online entry problems please email [email protected] before 1700hrs on the closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.  All entries must be paid for at the time of booking.

Entry costs (per event): Senior / U20 / U18 £11.50 per event

• Horizontal Jumps and Throws – all athletes will receive a minimum of 4 trials.  Trials may be increased dependent on the number of declared athletes on the day.
• Final starting heights and progressions will be confirmed in the final timetable and pre-event athlete information. Athletes who have not achieved the opening heights may have their entries refunded to make way for athletes on the waiting list.
