ENTRY FEES

1 event = £7.00, 2 events = £14, 3 events =£18

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ALL track events will be seeded fastest to slowest on pb's or times supplied

Limits are set to track events

U10 & U12 75m and 400m 24 max per distance - 3 heats in each distance
U14 100m & 200m 24 max per distance - 3 heats in each distance
U16 100,200,300m 24 max per distance  - 3 heats
U18, U20, Seniors/Masters 100,200,400  24 max per distance - 3 heats max per distance

RELAYS AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGES (Male & Female Teams)

Relay diastances - 4x100, 4x400 

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
