The London Hammer School will be hosting a hammer only throws event. This will be a Level 2 permit.

All athletes will receive 6 straight throws. Age Groups will be U14 - Sen

Will open at 08:30, please ensure you leave enough time to collect your numbers and pins.             

If you have implements to weigh then please allow enough time for them to be checked. 

Venue Warmup Information

The indoor arena will not be available for warm up.
