First Track event starts at 10:30 am and the plan is to finish all events by 5:30 pm.
Numbers in each field event will be limited to enable the competition to be completed on time, but we will adjust them, where possible, so that extra numbers in one event could be accommodated by smaller numbers in another event. Start times of events will be adjusted to match the assignment of officials and to minimise clashes between events entered by each competitor.
All competitors in the long throws and horizontal jumps will be permitted 3 trials and top 6 in each age group an extra 3 trials.
- Vertical jumps will be run under normal UKA rules.
- Pole Vault may be separated by height PBs into more than one event if there are too many entries. Pole vault starting height will be at request of athletes; with a minimum starting height of 1.20 metre and heights will be increased in 20 cm intervals. Pole Vaulters will need to bring their own poles.
- High Jump starting height will be at request of athletes; with a minimum starting height of 1 metre; heights will be increased in 5cm intervals for W35-W45 and M35-M55 and in 3cm intervals for W50+ and M60+.
