England Athletics South Regional Winter Long Throws Championships 2026.
This event is in partnership with The London Hammer School and Lee Valley Athletics Centre.
Saturday 14th February will include U20, U23/Senior male and female athletes competing in discus, hammer, and javelin.
Saturday 15th February will include U16 & U18 male and female athletes competing in discus, hammer, and javelin.
Athletes, licenced personal coaches, officials, and volunteers can access the event for free.
Spectators can buy event entry tickets on the day but must use contactless payment methods.
