Race 1 – 13.55, approximately 6k - all ladies and M65+
Race 2 – 14.45, approximately 8k - M35 to M60

Entry is via BMAF Open Track.

Entry fees:- BMAF registered club members - £15
                  Non-BMAF registered club members (35 or over) - £20

Closing date for entries is Sunday 15th March 2026.

Non-BMAF Area club members must be affiliated to a UKA Athletics club. Sorry no unattached athletes.

Medals will be awarded to the 1st three individuals in each five-year age category. Entries from 1st claim athletes registered with UKA clubs only.

Men's and Women's Team medals: 1st, 2nd & 3rd in a club regardless of age, based on sum of postitions.
There will be not be teams of 10 year age groups or composite teams.

Race numbers collection: from the registration marquee adjacent to the Start area.

Parking: this will be within 200m of the start/finish area and directions will be signed and stewarded from the A55 North Wales Expressway, from the Bangor/Caernarfon A487 exit before the Britannia Bridge. This will likely be signed as the SIAB International (Schools International Athletic Board).

Changing: there will be no changing facilities. There will be marquees for the Schools athletes for each Country, but not for use by Masters please unless specifically directed. There will be ample toilets near the start, and a Catering and a Coffee Trailer.
