Top Flight by RunThrough, The British Milers Club & England Athletics have joined together in a unique collaboration to bring fast-paced and seeded middle distance races back to the North-East, this summer. Themeeting will be at Gateshead Stadium as part of Gateshead Harriers & AC's Tartan Games and will feature seeded 800m races for men, women and young athletes.
The format will be mixed age and gender races, designed to achieve personal bests. There will be a total prize fund of £1100, including time-bonuses, with a maximum top prize of £350
Following the fantastic start to the Top Flight by RunThrough Road Race Series, we are ecstatic to be joining forces with the world-renowned middle-distance track organisers, British Milers Club and England Athletics series to evolve and modernise the sport we love.
