Registration

Will open at 09:15 and will close 1 hr before your event time. Please ensure you leave enough time to collect your numbers and pins. If you arrive late we may not be able to seed you in your desired race. Any athletes arriving 20 mins or less before their event time will not be allowed to run under any circumstances unless you have contacted us. Before you collect your number please look up your name on the list in registration or OpenTrack. Please tell the staff at registration your number so they can easily check you in to your events.            

Track Information

Track report to start is 15 mins before event time, we will be operating a call area for 100m and 200m. We may also have an electronic start system in place, if this isn't possible then the conventional starting gun will be used. 

Lee Valley stadium blocks will only be allowed. 

Field Information

Currently only field events will be Hammer, Discus and Shot

Throws will be 6 straight trials. 

Field 30 mins warm up before event time. If you have implements to weigh then please allow enough time for them to be checked. 

Venue Warmup Information

The indoor arena will be available for warm up but will close at 15:30. The outdoor will be available for the full meeting.
