12:45pm - 200m Women & Men Round 1 (Women First)

1:00pm - 100m Women & Men Round 1 (Women First) 

2:40pm - 100m Women & Men Round 2 (Women First) 

4:00pm - 200m Women & Men Round 2 (Women First)

100m and 200m races will be ran in the direction of the wind on the day of competition.
