Please note that the Championships are a closed championship, open to those in NI & Ulster only.

Novice	19 or over in the Competition year

Entry instructions

team races - Team managers can enter and pay for teams via the "enter relay team" link. Once a team has been entered, please complete the "team declaration" form. Only the team managers who made the entry can declare their 6 runners and 2 reserves.

individuals - If you are not competing for a team, you can enter throught the individual "enter here" link.
