Only athletes over 35, who are registered with UKA, and overseas visitors may enter this competition. VAC and EMAC members will be given priority until Tuesday 17th January. Medals per event/age category for VAC and EMAC members (No standards required). 

Events: 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m 1500m, 60mH, 3000m, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP
Note: the 2000m walk has been cancelled due to lack of demand and refunds made to those who had already entered

Numbers in each event will be limited to enable the competition to be completed on time but they will be adjusted if extra numbers in one event can be accommodated by reduced numbers in another event. Start times of events will be adjusted accordingly.

Entry Fees
EMAC/VAC members: first event: £16, subsequent events £8
Other competitors: first event £19, subsequent events £9

First track event 10:30 am, first field event 10:30 am
Number collection on the day. Registration closes 45 minutes before each Track event, and 20 minutes at the alotted location for each Field event.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself/themselves familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
