Cardiff Metropolitan University Christmas Classic
incorporating the Welsh Senior, U20 & U17 3000m Championships, and the South West England and Welsh Masters 3000m Championships

Age Groups: U17, U20, Senior
Entries will open on Friday 8 November, and will close on Thursday 5 December, or when events are full.
Maximum of 3 events per athlete
Hurdles will run over senior heights only; Shot will run with senior implement weights only
Field Event Trials: All athletes recieve 4 trials; top 6 will recieve an additional 2 trials (exception for vertical jumps)
Minimum board of 9m in Triple Jump
Long Jump board - 3m
All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
