Under 13’s cannot compete in 800m and 1 mile on the same day.
Under 15’s cannot compete in more than one of 800m, 1 mile, or 3000m on the same day.
Under 11’s / 13’s & U15’s cannot compete in more than three events.
Masters categories available in all throws whilst all track events will be categorised as seniors with no individual masters categories.
