QUADKIDS (75m, 600m, Howler Throw, LJ) 

for U13+

Track - 100m, 300m, 400m and BMC 1500m and 3000m. PLEASE ENTER BMC RACES VIA THEIR WEBSITE FOLLOWING THIS LINK.

Field - HT, PV, JT, HJ 

Track races will be graded slowest to fastest.  Please enter a PB/QP or best estimate wherever possible when making your entry to ensure you are put into the correct race.  The final timetable and seeding will be published after the closing date (23:59 1st July 2023).  BMC will grade the 1500 and 3000.  

All track events will be electronically timed, and EDM will be used for certain field events. 

The meeting is licensed by EA and will strictly follow current EA guidelines for competition. The meeting will be held under UKA rules. Athletes should be aware that by entering this competition you agree to comply with the UKA anti-doping policy and adherence to WADA codes. 

No parking will be available on site but we will send out information for nearby parking in advance of the meeting. 

All results will be electronic and uploaded to Open Track as soon as possible and will not be posted in the stadium.
