Emtries Close 10pm Wednesday 19th January (or when entries reach capacity- as limited due Welsh ristrictions with only 30 in arena at one time)

Entry Fee £10 per event (Currently one event per person but this could increase early in week)

Start time: 10am

Age Groups: U20's & Seniors (NO 18's due to no spectators-  U20 weights & hurdles, Seniors weights & hurdle heights only - no bespoke masters for timing reason)

Venue: National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff

Timetable: Indoor Cardiff Met Christmas Classic (19th Dec 2021) & Non Thomas NY Open (23rd Jan 2022) - Cardiff Met Athletics
