ALL ATHLETES MUST UPLOAD THEIR OWN DATA/REULTS TO THIS EVENT

• Entries only open to fully paid-up members of a Club affiliated to Welsh Athletics (W.A.), who are currently members of the W.A. registration scheme and those athletes that enter under their schools' name.
• There is no limit to the number of teams per club - this is automatically calculated based on the number of athletes from each club who submit times.
• The closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday 22nd November
• Entrants may choose the location of their run, but it must be within the North Wales Region
• Downhill courses are not permitted
• The finish of the route must be within half a mile of the start
• Runners must complete the course solo, or if with others, social distancing must be observed at all times
• Teams must be all male or female

Individual runners should upload their Strava or Garmin performance between 00:01 on Saturday 28th November & 23:59 on Wednesday 2nd November (upload instructions available here).  Runners must ensure that their runs are made PUBLIC to allow for result scrutiny.
