England Athletics invite you to this at home fun challenge using the different Sportshall activities that you could set up in your living room or garden. We would like to thank Sportshall for sharing their scoring tables with us to utilise in this way. 

We will issue a weekly competition for every Sunday during lockdown number 2. You must carry out all activities in one day, but you can choose which day to do these activities, it does not have to be on the Sunday.
