British Milers Club 1k TT

This is a time trial not a race.

Entries free /close 19th May (limit 1750)

Distance- no less than 1k (1000m) to be completed between 4am Friday 22nd May & 3pm Monday 25th May. Enter the "BMC 1k" event.

The upload link will appear on the 22nd May.

Each individual runner /parent guardian (if U15)must upload their Strava/Garmin performance by 11.59pm on the 25th May on Opentrack, using these instructions: Link

Please observe all government social distancing and safety regulations at all times. Plan your run within a reasonable distance from home. Routes should be pedestrian free/ enough space to pass

Runs named as "BMC1k". U15/U13 (UKA road categories) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who should also upload performance (age - 11+ on 22nd May 2020)

Results will be based on “time elapsed." Routes with significant negative elevation (-10m) / more than one lap are not allowed - will incur a 5 sec penalty/lap/metre

We reserve the right to cancel the event if lockdown conditions change (T&C see BMC website)
