AGE GROUPS: U13, U15, U17, U20, Senior & Masters. 
ALL U13, U15, U17 & U20 must be Welsh eligible or affiliated to a Welsh club. 

Including Primary School Age [Yr3-4-5 & 6]

Welsh and Non-Welsh U20's can compete in the senior race.

PRIMARY ENTRIES (YEAR 3-4-5-6)
All PRIMARY entries must only enter via the URDD entry portal
Primary school entries cannot be made via Opentrack

ENTRY FEES.
Primary School Athletes: £5.00 per athlete. 
U13 - U20 races: £8.00 per athlete
Seniors & Masters: £10.00 per athlete
U13 are Yr 7 & 8, U15 are Yr 9 & 10 and so on

Any athlete afilliated to a Welsh club (1st claim) OR Welsh eligible can score as a team member in any age category.

Any athlete afilliated to a Welsh club (1st claim) OR Welsh eligible can medal as a Junior

Any athlete Welsh eligible can medal as a Senior

TEAM SCORING:

Primary Challenge Races.
Race 1: School years 3 & 4 with 3 competitors to score in the team event.
Race 2: School years 5 & 6 with 3 competitors to score in the team event.

Welsh Championship Races
U13 - U15 Women: 4 to score
U17 / U20 Women: 3 to score (combined U17 / U20 teams)
U13 – U17 Men: 4 to score
U20 Men: 3 to score
Senior Men: 6 to score
Senior Women: 4 to score
Master Men and Women: 3 to score

ATHLETE'S DROPPING DOWN IN AGE-GROUP
All athletes in the Senior and Masters age groups will score in any senior team regardless of age category. For Masters age groups, clubs will need to move athletes to make up scoring teams. If any team needs any athlete to move down one age group to make a team up, we will need to know before the event date to make the amendments if not this is not done a point of entry. ANTI-DOPING DECLARATION
All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. [UKA website link]

Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and Welsh Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
