This event is an Open meeting but is incorporating the regional championships for South Wales, East Wales, West Wales, & South West England

ENG = South West England - ONLY SOUTH WEST ENGLAND
JGP = Junior Open = (JGP) - This code is to be selected for all athletes not associated to he above regions

EVENTS AVAILABLE PER AGE GROUP

U13 and U15 athletes can enter both 800m and 1500m but can only run 1 distance on the day.
They can enter both but only allowed to select one on the event day.

U13B: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Long Jump (40)
U13G: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Shot Put (40)
U15B: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Long Jump (40).
U15G: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Shot Put (40). 
U17M: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (12), Long Jump (40)
U17W: 60m (48), 60m Hurdles (24), 800m (36), 1500m (20), Pole Vault (20), Long Jump (40) Shot Put (40)
AMB: 60m M&F - LJ M&F, Ambulant para athletes only.

MAX EVENTS: Athletes allowed max 3 events only [this event]
ENTRY FEES: 1 Event = £9.00, 2 Events £16.00, 3 Events £21.00
FIELD EVENT CAP: ALL field events will be capped to help with the timetable. ALL entry caps are alongside the events available.
ALL TRACK EVENTS: NO FINALS, all races are timetrials
ALL FIELD EVENTS: Will have 3 trials with the exception of Pole Vault
REGIONAL MEDALS: Will be awarded to the first 3 ranked athletes in each age group for both track and field events.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. [UKA website link]

Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and England Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
