Warm Up Times (report direct to event site):

LJ/TJ/HJ - 30minutes

PV - 60 minutes

(Pool A athlete introductions - warm up to be completed 5 minutes before start times, and athletes to make their way to introduction area). 

LJ and TJ Pool A - Infield Pit - 3m board/ 9m&11m boards for females; 11m&13m boards for males

LJ and TJ Pool B - Outfield Pit - 1m board/ 7m & 9m boards

PV Pool A's - Bed A, closest to 60m start line

PV Pool B - Bed B, closest to 60m finish line

HJ - 1 bed only

We encourage all coaches and spectators to be on the arena floor, (not in the stand) to create as best atmosphere as possible for the athletes. Seating will be out where possible, close to each event. Competition areas will be clearly defined, where only officials and athletes may enter.
