The event will have:

- Several event photographers capturing your best angles
- Delicious food and drink from local vendors
Pacers (sec/400m)
- All races will be paced.
- Once the number of races is finalised pacing will be updated here.
Supporters/spectators: Spectators are more than welcome and it is free to come along.
Call room: We will be operating a call room for the meeting. This will be positioned in the cricket schools (where registration will be) and athletes will be required to report 15min before the start of their race. Please do not be late!
Terms and Conditions
An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
Athletes must take responsibility for ensuring that they comply with WA Rule 5.2 on legal shoes, the detailed regulations for which are downloadable via Book of Rules | Official Documents (worldathletics.org) (see C2.1A). Athletes can check compliance by looking up their shoes via the tool that can be accessed at LIST OF APPROVED ATHLETIC SHOES (worldathletics.org). If athletes compete in an event wearing shoes that are not approved for that event, they risk disqualification.
