Indoor Miler Meet (inc. the Scottish Athletics U18, U20 & Senior 3,000m Championships)
Date: Sunday 4th January
Time: 14:00 - 17:00
Venue: Emirates Arena (G40 3HG)
Events: 3,000m (U18 athletes & over) & Invitational 300m & 800m heats (U20 & Seniors only)*
We're hoping to run a couple of 'invitational' 300m & 800m races for U20 & Senior athletes.

Age Groups:
Please note we are operating under the new Scottish Athletics 2026 age groups i.e:
Under 18 born 2009-2010
Under 20 born 2007-2008
Senior born 2006 or earlier
Masters aged 35+ on the day
Entries:
Open to athletes in the Under 18 Age Group (born 2010) & above
Online Entry only - £13 per event.
Entries will operate on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, once the event is full entries will close, so enter quick to avoid missing out.
However, we will operate a waiting list for all events.
If you are unable to secure a space, please add yourself to the waiting list and we will be in touch if a space becomes available.
Withdrawals:
Please let us know if you are no longer able to compete so we can bring as many people in from the waiting list as possible.
Refunds will be given up to a week before the event.
Timetable:
14:30 - Invitational Races
14:50 - 3,000m
Heats will run from slowest to fastest.
Final info will be sent out w/b 29/12/25
Pacemakers:
If you feel you (or a training partner) could help someone achieve a personal best over 3,000m please get in touch -
Prize Pot:
There will be there will be a 'prize pot' available to the overall fastest in each of the men's and women's events.

Admissions:
We're sorry to have to charge for spectator admission but unfortunately Emirates Arena is very expensive!
Admission is free for athletes, U16's & coaches (holding a valid UKA coaching licence).
You can sign up in advance here or alternatively you can pay at the door on the day.
