Only athletes over 35, who are registered with UKA and EMAC or SCVAC members will be allowed to enter. Medals per event/age category EMAC and SCVAC members (No standards required). Timetable subject to change depending on number of athletes in each event. Also, age groups and men and female events in field events may be combined.

NEW WA 400m and 800m rules in force, the new break line for the 800m will be the break line after the second bend in the first leg of the race. Also, new 400m rules of only using the four outside lanes for a 400m race will also be used (as close as can be there are a few races with 5 runners). Events: 60mH, 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 2000m Race Walk, 3000m, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP

High jump entry heights 1.00m for both men and women. All women and men over 60 years old go up in 3 cm increments..Men 35-55 go up in 5 cm increments.

Pole Vault Starting heights for Pool 1 is 1.20m and starting heights Pool 2 is 1.50m. Poles will need to be brought to competition, Lee Valley does not have poles.  We will go by height QP (qualifying performances) in the past 2 years. The bar will go up in 10 cm increments until 3 left in competition and then they can go up in 5cm increments.

Numbers in each event will be limited to enable the competition to be completed on time but they will be adjusted if extra numbers in one event can be accommodated by reduced numbers in another event. Start times of events will be adjusted accordingly.

Number collection on the day. Registration closes 45 minutes before each Track event, and 20 minutes at the alotted location for each Field event.

All participants (including athletes and athlete support personnel) in any licensed event are bound to UK Athletics’ anti-doping rules and must make themselves familiar with these rules. Organisers of licensed events are expected to cooperate with UK Anti-Doping with regards to any code-compliant anti-doping investigations and proceedings linked to their event or participants in their event, and to include the following statement regarding anti-doping compliance, provided by UKAD, within their event registration process:


“An entrant shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering the event, whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
