Event Information:

Event starts at 6pm on Thursday 26^th June 2025.

Congregation in Lathbury Sports Complex (Click here to see location on map).

Minimum age is 15.

All events have two categories male and female.

Timetable:

6pm – 100m Invitational Age 12

6:10pm – 100m Invitational Age 13-14

6:15pm – Shot Put

6:20pm – 100m

6:30pm – 1,500m

6:45pm – 400m Invitational Age 12

6:50pm – 400m Invitational Age 13-14

7pm – Long Jump Invitational Age 12

7:15pm – Long Jump Invitational Age 13-14

7:15pm – 400m Charlie Flower Annual Challenge Race (in honour of the late Charles Flower)

7:30pm – Long Jump

7:45pm – 5,000m

8:15pm – 4x100m Relay

8:30pm – Presentation of Medals

How to Register:

Event Registration:

No registration on the day. Registration is to be done prior to the event with a cut-off date of Tuesday 24^th June 2025. This must be done by completing the online registration form available on this page under “Event Registration”. Team captains are encouraged to submit (if possible) one registration form with full details of their team for the race rather than have all individuals register themselves.
