This event offers relay races for U13, U15 & U17 athletes and indivual Primary School races for U11's.

ENTRIES CLOSE:- Thursday 11th September 2025 at 23:59 (to nominate the amount of teams per club)

All Clubs who wish to enter can submit the amount of teams taking part and make the corresponding payment

TEAM DECLARATIONS:- Will re-open on Monday 15th September at 09:00. 

Relay races will be for teams of 3 runners. Spaces are set for clubs to name squads of 5 per team but select 3 for the race.

ENTRY FEE: £8 per athlete - £24 per team of 3.

ENTRY STEPS. (OpenTrack Help Guide!)

STEP 1. Click RELAY TEAM ENTRIES' green button.

STEP 2. SELECT A TEAM: Start typing your club name, then select from list.

STEP 3. TEAM COUNTER: add the number of teams per age group.
Each Team can nominate up to 5 athletes per team (two reserves), but select the regulated number (3) to score on race day.

STEP 4: SUMMARY OF ENTRY: Check and click confirm to proceed.

STEP 5: BASKET - TEAM ENTRIES: Check to confirm all the entry numbers are correct and click PAY HERE.

From Monday 15th September

STEP 6: ADDING ATHLETES: ONLY After entries close on the 11th the 'TEAM DECLARATION' button will be opened up for all team managers to allocate athletes names to their teams. This will remain open up to Thursday 18th @23:59. This will then allow us to prepare all the paperwork to collect on race day.

When the TEAM DECLARATION button is available, then different team managers will then be able to log in, update all or any teams that have been paid for.
