Entrants must have a current UKA (England Athletics) registration.

Championship medals awarded to the first three finishers in each age category from 35 to 100+

Entry £15 for VAC and BMAF Area Club members

£18 for others. 

Please enter VAC or your BMAF Masters Area Club (SCVAC, EMAC etc) as your team to get the reduced rate. If you are not currently a member of VAC or an Area Club then enter your 1st Claim Club.

The races will be seeded according to entrants' expected times for 10,000m on the track. Entrants are asked to state their season's best (SB) time. If you have not got a recoorded time for this season, please insert your best estimate.

Entry limit: 75

WMA shoe rules apply: maximum sole depth for shoes of 40mm (except shoes with spikes maximum sole depth of 30mm)

Closing date: Midday Monday September 8th or earlier if limit is reached.
