Wales' premier athletics meeting featuring a series of graded 5000m races open to all abilities & age group (U11/U13/15/17/20) 1000m races at the notorious King George VI Athletics Track, Tonypandy!
Also includes elite Male and Female 1000m & 5000m races, with a UKA Level 2 permit and professional pacers!
The 2025 edition incorporates the Welsh U15/U17/U20 3000m Championships!
Expect electric atmosphere, music, food and most importantly fast racing!
