You're all welcome along to our Second Sunday 5.  We've a lovely two lap course, all nice and informal and relaxed. All standards welcome and look forward to seeing you!

We have been asked to remind athletes of a couple of points:

1. Please try and share lifts or use public transport to reduce load on the car park

2. Do not put anything down the toilets that might block them.
