Ready to Get Moving? Join Our Go Run NI  Couch to 5K Program!

Key Information

• 8 week Couch to 5k program in Tandragee
• Start date 15th January 2025
• Completion date 12th March 2025
• One 60 minute session per week
• Wednesday evenings at 6pm at Tandragee Recreation Centre
• Graduation event will take place on Saturday 16th March at Craigavon Park Run
• Cost £30 per person
• Anyone over age of 12 years can register
