Aberdare will be hosting 3 British Miler events over the next few months and have kindly offered us the opportunity to host some throws competitions alongside them.
Time will be limited so we will not be able to host all events during the meeting. Instead we will concentrate on single events but with a few more competitors.
Both Hammer and Shot Put will start at 18:00
