Track Events: 75/100m, 150/200m, 800m, 1500m, Sprint Hurdles, 400m Hurdles. All races are time trials there are no finals.
Pools: High Jump x2, Pole Vault x2, Long Jump x3, Triple Jump x1, Shot Put x2, Discus x2, Hammer x1 and Javelin x2)
Field Events: 3 trials for U11, U13 & U15 and 4 trials for U17, U20 & Seniors, except in High Jump and Pole Vault.

- U11 Boys & Girls = School Years 4 & 5:- (Must be 9 on day of competition) 75, 150, 800, LJ, SP.
- U13 Boys & Girls = School Years 6 & 7:- 100, 200, 800, 1500, 70H(U13G) / 75H(U13B), HJ, PV, LJ, SP, DT, JT. Note that U13 cannot compete in both 800m & 1500m on the same day (UK Athletics rules).
- U15 Boys & Girls = School Years 8 & 9:- 100, 200, 800, 1500, 75H(U15G) / 80H(U15B), HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT. Note that U15 cannot compete in both 800m & 1500m on the same day (UK Athletics rules).
- U17 Men & Women = School Years 10 & 11:- 100, 200, 800, 1500, 80H(U17W) / 100H(U17M), 300H/400H, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT.
- U20 Men & Women = School Years 12, 13 & 14:- 100, 200, 800, 1500, 100H(U20W) / 110H(U20M), 400H, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT.
- Senior Men & Senior Women:- 100, 200, 800, 1500, 100H(SENW) / 110H(SENM), 400H, HJ, PV, LJ, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and England Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
