Track Events all races are time trials there are no finals.

75/100, 150/200, 300/400, 800, 3000, Sprint Hurdles, 300H and 400H.

Field Events: Will have 3 trials for U11, U13 & U15 and 4 trials for U17, U20 & Seniors, except in High Jump and Pole Vault.

Pools - High Jump x2, Pole Vault x2, Long Jump x3, Triple Jump x1, Shot Put x2, Discus x1,  Hammer x1 and Javelin x1,

Age Groups & Events:

  • U11 Boys & Girls = School Years 4 & 5:- (Must be 9 on day of competition) 75, 150, 800, LJ, SP.
  • U13 Boys & Girls = School Years 6 & 7:-  100, 200, 800, 70H(U13G) / 75H(U13BB), HJ, PV, LJ, DT, JT.
  • U15 Boys & Girls = School Years 8 & 9:- 100, 200, 300, 800, 3000, 75H(U15G) / 80H(U15B), HJ, PV, LJ,, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT. Note that U15 cannot compete in both 800m & 3000m on the same day (UK Athletics rules).
  • U17 Men & Women = School Years 10 & 11:- 100, 200, 300/400, 800, 3000, 80H(U17W) / 100H(U17M), 300H/400H, HJ, PV, LJ,, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT
  • U20 Men & Women = School Years 12, 13 & 14:- 100, 200, 300/400, 800, 3000, 100H(U20W) / 110H(U20M), 400H,  HJ, PV, LJ,, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT
  • Senior Men & Senior Women:- 100, 200, 400, 800, 3000, 100H(SENW) / 110H(SENM), 400H, HJ, PV, LJ,, TJ, SP, DT, HT, JT.

CLOSING DATE: Thursday 3rd April 2025 at 18:30.
Athletes are only allowed to enter a maximum of 3 events. U15 may not compete in both 800m & 3000m on the same day (UK Athletics rules).
ENTRY FEES: £5 per event. No refunds will be given if athletes withdraw before or on the day.
