  • U11 Boys & Girls = School Years 4 & 5 (Must be 9 on day of competition)
  • U13 Boys & Girls = School Years 6 & 7
  • U15 Boys & Girls = School Years 8 & 9
  • U17 Men & Women = School Years 10 & 11
  • U20 Men & Women = School Years 12, 13 & 14
  • Seniors & Masters

U11s 75m,150m LJ SP (3 events max)

U13 to Seniors/Masters - 100m,200m,300m,400m LJ, SP

(U13, U15 & U17 3 events max)

1 event = £7.00, 2 events = £14, 3 events =£18

U17M - 100m 200m, 400m Long Jump & Shot Put
U17W - 100m, 200m, 300m, Long Jump & Shot Put
U20M - 100m, 200m, 400m, Long Jump & Shot Put
U20W - 100m, 200m, 400m Long Jump & Shot Put
Senior & Masters, 100m, 200m, 400m, Long Jump & Shot Put

ALL track events will be seeded fastest to slowest on pb's or times supplied

Limits are set to track events

U11B & U11G 75m and 150m 24 max per distance - 3 heats in each distance
U13 & U15 100m & 200m 48 max per distance - 6 heats in each distance
U15 & U17 300m 32 max - 4 heats
U17 to Senior 100m & 200m 48 max per distance - 6 heats max per distance
U17 to Senior 400m 32 max -4 heats max

Limits on Field Events

12 max in all field events - this is due to time logistics on the evening

Trials in field events.  ALL FIELD  athletes will have 2 warm up and 3 event trials.

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
