BOB LEWIS was a great supporter of athletes and athletics at all levels as well as being a great runner himself.  He was European Masters Games Champion over 400m.  He is remembered by many in the sport and we are honoured that his family are happy for his name to be associated with this event in memory of all he did for the sport.

In his honour there will be a prize of a lemon drizzle cake (his favourite) for the best age graded 400m performance by a Masters athlete.

Please note that entries are online only and no entries will be allowed on the day, no refunds will be given on entries.  Entries close at 23.59 on the 28th August. The timetable is subject to change based on the number of entries recieved.

This meeting will be held under WMA/UKA rules and has a World Athletics permit and Level 2 licence (OUT25/745)
