MK5000 returns for 2025!

The MK5000 will return in 2025, on Saturday 28th June. We encourage athletes of all abilities.

Graded races, pacemakers, predicted finish times at the end of each lap, chip timing and photofinish will be used to give you the very best chance of improving your 5000m personal best.

The meeting will consist of progressively quicker races culminating in Mens and Womens Elite races at the end of the meeting.

Entries cost £19.99 (with EA licence). Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 24th June.

Elite athletes with 5000m/5k times under 14:10 (men) and 16:15 (women) should contact Jack Pocock via [email protected] 

We expect 12 races graded by athletes with similar target times, each race will be limited to 30 athletes and every race will feature a Pacer

Full results will be on the Marshall Milton Keynes website (http://www.mkac.org.uk/) and shortly after on Power of 10

Warmup routes on the MK redway system will be signposted from the track.
