Harmeny AC is hosting this event on behalf of Capital Athletics.  It is a test event for the Indoor Space at Meadowbank.  Competition is for athletes from Edinburgh-based clubs (entries will be opened for other clubs later if spaces remain. available)...

Arrival

• Parking – the car park at Meadowbank is quite small and will fill up quickly.  If you are lucky enough to get a space, please remember to add your car’s registration number to the system at the front desk.  This will give you 3 hours of free parking.  Don’t forget!
• Other parking is available around streets – please park considerately.
• The athletics hall is to the left of the main entrance to the stadium.  There will be someone at the reception to allow you through the turnstiles. 
• Please make your way to the registration desk inside the athletics hall.
• Please arrive around 30-45mins before your first event in order to allow you to register, pick up your number and warm up. 
• Spectators should stay in the Spectator area and not enter the athletes’ competition area.

 

Competition

• Please report to your event officials around 10minutes before the scheduled start time.
• The event groups and timetable have been mailed out.  The athletes highlighted in BLUE have been moved groups from their original registration for various reasons.  If this proves to be an issue, please let me know.  OpenTrack will be changed to align later in the week.
• If you would like to move groups, please let me know, although I can’t guarantee this will be possible.
• Should the event run behind schedule, we’ll let the next events know.
• The age groups on OpenTrack have now been sorted to align with Scottish Athletics new age groups.  Please check these.
• We will endeavour to keep results ‘live’ on the evening in OpenTrack. 
• Results will be posted to Power of 10 soon after the event.
