Lee Valley Athletics Centre at proud to welcome back the Middle Distance Open in 2025. 

Timetable (Order of events)

18:30 - 800m - Mixed Age Groups U13,U15,U17

19:30 - 800m - Mixed U20/Sen/Masters

20:40 - 1500m - Mixed All Age Groups

We will be running slowest to fastest for both 800m and 1500m. 

Eligible Age Groups

800m - U13 and above

1500m - U15 and above 

Important Registration Information

800m Mixed Age Group will open at 16:30 close 17:30

800m U20/Sen/Vets will close 18:30

1500m will close at 19:40

If you are unable to make registration in time please e-mail the centre [email protected]  

Please allow plenty of time to register, we want to seed the races promptly. Athletes who are late may be turned away or seeded in an undesirable race. 

To help speed up the registration process, please give your race number at the desk. This can be found on the OpenTrack competitior list or when you reach the Centre.
