Ready to Get Moving? Join Our Go Run NI  Couch to 5K Program!

Key Information

• 10 week Couch to 5k program in Fivemiletown
• Start date 8th January 2025
• Completion date 19th March 2025
• Two 60 minute sessions per week
• Wednesday evenings at 7pm at Fivemiletown College Running Track
• Sunday mornings 8am Fivemiletown Primary School
• Graduation event will take place on weekend of 22nd March at a 5k event
• Cost £30 per person
• Anyone over age of 12 years can register
