Invitation only Masters Competition for area masters clubs.

World Masters shoe rules will apply, so carbon-plate non-spikes shoes can be used in the middle-distance events as well as the spiked shoes. Shoes must measure 40mm or below and for spikes 30mm or below from the thickest part.
Athletes to report to track events 15-20 minutes prior to start time of race and athletes for field events to report to area of event 20 minutes prior to event to warm up. High jump can arrive 30 minutes prior to start time of event. Pole vault athletes can arrive 40 minutes prior to start time for run up and 30 minutes prior for high jump. Pole Vault will have a minimum of 1.40 starting height going up in 10 cm increments. *Pole Vaulters must bring own poles these will not be supplied*
Athletes may score in a lower age group but must stay in that age group for the whole competition except to go back to their own age group for relays.
No guest athletes will be allowed to compete.
There are three trophies to be won. Women's trophy, Men's trophy and the Overall Trophy. Good luck to all the teams competing
