Anyone 35 years or older is welcome to enter the British Masters Half Marathon Championships.

Early bird discount entries are available until 31st December 2024.

UKA Registration is mandatory for all championships competitors (except for overseas athletes who are not members of a registered club in the UK) and it also saves you £2 on the race entry

Cost of entry to the championships:

• BMAF Area Club members: Free
• Non-members: £3

Closing date for championship entries: 02/03/2025.
It is possible that the race will be sold out but otherwise those who are able to enter the race itself after this date will not be included in the BMAF championships.

The race itself:

A fast, flat and accurate course on roads through the hop fields and orchards of Kent. Ideal as a warm up for the Spring Marathons. Kent's largest half marathon with excellent facilities including ample parking (not in Eldon Way), race pacing team for following times (1.20, 1.30, 1.40, 1.50, 2.00, 2.15 and 2.30), local train station, supervised baggage store, refreshments, physiotherapist, results on the internet and via text immediately after event and full first aid cover. Regularly voted amongst the best races in Runners World Top 100. Start & Finish Chip Timing. Free to download photos for all entrants!  Medal and bottle of water to all finishers.

BMAF medals Gold ,Silver and Bronze in 5 year age groups starting at 35 years will be awarded after the open prize giving.
