Team Entries are only alllowed by team managers

Each team must be a member on one of the following associations:

1. EMAA = any club from IOMVA, EMAC, MMAC, NEMAA, NMAC, SCVAC, SWVAC, VAC

2. IMAA

3. NIMAA

4. SVHC

5. WMAL

All competitors must be registerred with EA/WA/SA/ANI or Athletics Ireland

Teams for age group 35-40, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54 will have 5 team members and 4 to score.
Other teams age groups 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, men 70-74, men 75, women 70+ will have 4 team members and 3 to score.

Teams are allowed to include athletes downaging but they can only score as individuals if they are running in the same race as others in their age category

Closing date for team declarations: 24/10/2025 (to be agreed with EMAA)

Races start times:

Race 1: M65+ and W65+ age groups - start 11.05
Race 2: W35, W40, W45, W50, W55, W60 age groups - start 12:00
Race 3: M50, M55, M60 age groups - start 12:45
Race 4: M35, M40, M45 age groups - start 13:30
Open Race - start 14:15
