7pm start for the Road Race, 6.55pm start for the Walk

Open to all Masters (age 35 and over on race day) for the 5K Road Race

Charity appeal for unwanted athletics kit.

Vets AC is supporting an appeal by one of its members, Kenneth Mukasa from Uganda, for unwanted athletics clothing, shoes and equipment to be donated for him to take back to his home country. The items are much needed by children and adults taking part in grass roots athletics in Uganda. The most helpful items would be anything related to athletics, in good condition, such as footwear, tops, vests, T-shirts, shorts, tights, rucksacks, watches and timers. Drop off your donations at the Race HQ at the Bandstand. Thank you!

Entry £15 

Reduced rate of £12 for VAC and BMAF Area Club members.

Please enter VAC or your BMAF Masters Area Club (SCVAC, EMAC etc) as your team code to get the reduced rate. If you are not currently a member of an Area Club then enter your 1st Claim Club.

Entry limit: 120 

Non-VAC members could save money by joining VAC before entering - see the VAC website.
