The University of Birmingham Track and Field Series returns for 2024 with more energy and atmosphere than ever before!

Join us for the return of our Wednesday Open Series! These popular meets are returning for 2024 with even better energy and atmosphere than last year. Alongside this, the event will also have:

  • Electronic timing and EDM
  • Level 2 UKA Permit, World Athletics Ranking status and World Para Athletics licence.
  • High quality competition, with World, Commonwealth, and Paralympic games standards hit at previous meetings
  • Livestreaming with commentary on YouTube
  • Music and in-stadium announcers
  • Several event photographers capturing your best angles
  • Delicious food and coffee from local Birmingham vendors

This event will also host BMC Gold Standard middle distance races (800m & 1500m) in conjunction with our partners the British Milers Club. To enter these events, please do so via the BMC website.

An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
