StarTrack is Athletics NI's flagship grassroots programme, which aims to introduce children and young people aged 8- 15 years old to the sport and help them to develop their running, jumping and throwing skills through a mixture of games and activities.

This is lead by fully qualified Athlteics Coaches and is open to those new to the sport and those more experienced! 

Summer 2024

Week One:       2nd to 5th July (10am to 2pm) at Mary Peters Track, Belfast

Week Two:       8th to 10th July (10am to 2pm) at St Colmans Track, Newry

Week Three:    22nd to 25th July (10am to 2pm) at Templemore Track, Derry 

Week Four:      22nd, 24th, 25th and  26th July (10am to 2pm) at Mary Peters Track, Belfast. 

*Note the above dates have changed and there will be no Tuesday session.*

Week Five:      29th July to 1st August (10am to 2pm) at Meadowbank Track, Magherafelt 

Week Six:        5th August to 8th August (11am to 3pm) at Youth Sport Track, Omagh

Week Seven:   13th August to 16th August (10am to 2pm) at Mary Peters Track, Belfast

Week Eight:     20th to 22nd August (10am to 2pm) at Bangor Sportsplex Track, Bangor        

Cost: £60 each week*
