Lee Valley Athletics Centre at proud to welcome back the Middle Distance Open in 2024. 

Timetable (Order of events)

19:00 - 800m

20:15   - 1500m

We will be running fastest to slowest for both 800m and 1500m. 

Age Groups

800m - U13 and above

1500m - U15 and above 

Important Registration Information

800m Registration will open at 17:00 close 18:15 promptly. 

1500m Registration will close at 19:30

Please allow plenty of time to register, we want to seed the races promptly. Athletes who are late may be turned away or seeded in an undesirable race. 

To help speed up the registration process, please give your race number at the desk. This can be found on the OpenTrack competitior list or when you reach the Centre.

Report to call room, 15 mins before your race or when called by announcer.
